VEGAN LENTIL LOAF

Instructions:

Heat the oven up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine the garlic, cabbage, and carrots in a food processor, and pulse until the vegetables are shredded into minute bits.

Then, mix in the ketchup and seasonings and blend until fully combined.

Stir them into a large mixing dish with the lentils, water, and vegetable broth.

Combine the flaxseed meal, baking powder, and baking soda into the mixing bowl.

Using parchment paper, line a bread pan.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Allow for a 15-minute rest.
